1. Service Description

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

pracai.digital provides various functionalities, including but not limited to data management, analytics, and reporting tools. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to notify pracai.digital immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. pracai.digital will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using pracai.digital, you agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to use the services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.

  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate pracai.digital, a pracai.digital employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your access to the services without prior notice.

4. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using pracai.digital:

  • Using the services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the services.
  • Using any robot, spider, or other automatic devices, process, or means to access the services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on pracai.digital.

5. Content Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on pracai.digital, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of pracai.digital or its licensors and are protected by Singapore and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use of the services or its contents will terminate the permission or license granted by pracai.digital.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant pracai.digital a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content and that the content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights. pracai.digital is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable.

By submitting User-Generated Content, you acknowledge that pracai.digital may use your content for promotional purposes and that you will not receive any compensation for such use.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of pracai.digital may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Service.

Payment must be made using the payment methods specified on the site. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide to pracai.digital. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services.

pracai.digital reserves the right to change its pricing and payment terms at any time, with notice to you. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing and payment terms.

8. Service Modifications

pracai.digital reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that pracai.digital will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

In the event of a material change to the services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically for updates. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the services immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall pracai.digital, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

In no event shall pracai.digital’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Singapore and shall survive termination of these Terms of Service.

10. Termination

These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either you or pracai.digital. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. pracai.digital may terminate these Terms of Service or suspend your access to the services at any time, without notice, for conduct that pracai.digital believes violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the services, pracai.digital, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms of Service shall not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to such termination.
